Our Standard Mainland UK delivery service (3-5 working days) is FREE on orders over £35, with a maximum parcel weight of 30kg.
We have two delivery options available - Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) or Express Delivery (1-2 working days).
Orders up to 30kg
For orders up to 30kg and below £35 our delivery charges are based on your total order weight and will be automatically calculated at the checkout. There will be additional charges to any UK Highland, Remote and Offshore postcodes including Northern Ireland.

Orders over 30kg

For bulky deliveries over 60kg, these orders may be delivered in boxes, bags or on a quarter, half or full-sized pallet and will be dependent on the total size and weight of the order.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
For Standard Delivery, you can expect to receive your delivery within 3-5 working days.
The Express Delivery option is a 1-2 working day service. Delivery days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
All orders must be received by 11am to be processed and dispatched the same working day for Express Delivery orders. If an order is placed after 11am it will be processed the following working day.
Please note: We have one courier collection per day so for Express Delivery orders that are submitted after 11am on Thursdays, these will be picked up Friday and due to our couriers not delivering on a weekend, these will be delivered to you on Monday. For Express Delivery orders submitted after 11am on a Friday, or on a weekend, they will be processed on Monday with courier collection the same day, and will be delivered on an overnight service so you will receive your order on Tuesday.
Our courier service is a signed for service so please provide as much detail as possible to aid our couriers in delivering your goods. Please use the comments box at checkout to let us know of any special instructions we can pass to our courier should you not be available to sign for the goods, such as leave in a porch or leave with a neighbour.
Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service to collect your orders from our York Store.
In some instances, please allow up to 5 working days for your products to arrive in store ready for collection.
Choose the Click & Collect option at the checkout and once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to let you know payment has been successful. We will then email you once your order is ready for collection. You can also log into your account at any time to view the status of your order.
When you collect your order, please bring a copy of your confirmation email and ID with you. You can collect your items from our York store Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
UK Highland, Remote & Offshore Orders
We can process orders from remote and offshore UK addresses including the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight. There will be additional charges to these areas and our delivery options and costs will be subject to weight and will be automatically shown during the checkout process once the postcode is entered.
We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly or Channel Islands and we do not deliver internationally i.e. outside the UK.
Please be aware that delivery to remote and offshore UK postcodes may take a little longer. We will keep you informed of our chosen courier and their expected delivery times once your order is processed.

Delivery notifications & tracking your order
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and chosen delivery options. Once your order is dispatched and with our courier, you will be kept informed about the delivery times for your order. If for any reason there may be a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated on when it will arrive.
If you have placed your order through your account, you can also log into your account at any time to view the status of your order.
Orders will be dispatched via our couriers which include APC Overnight, DPD Local, Fedex or Royal Mail. The courier will be dependent on the products you order, but the prices for all couriers are the same.
You will receive tracking information in your emails, along with up to date information from the couriers via email or SMS if you have provided us with your mobile phone number.
If you ordered more than 1 item please be aware you may receive multiple parcels and these may be from different courier services therefore they may arrive at different times. Delivery for these will only be charged once and we will endeavour to keep you updated with estimated delivery times for both couriers.
Unfortunately, we do not support multiple delivery addresses per order.
Will I have to sign for my package?
A signature will be required upon delivery. Any parcels which are requested to be left without a signature are done so at your own risk and Foss Feeds cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to parcels which occurs after delivery has been made.
What do I do if I miss the delivery of my order?
If you are not home for the first delivery attempt, the courier will automatically attempt delivery one more time. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will return the item to the local depot where it will hold the order for 5 days. If no contact has been made by yourself, they will return the parcel back to our York Store and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery which may be charged at the rate for the weight and location of the delivery address.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We will take great care in packing your order to ensure it reaches you safe and undamaged, however if any item you receive from us is damaged please call us as soon as possible on 01904 706376 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require a photo of the damaged item and we will then advise on the best course of action which can include a replacement, exchange or refund.
Exchange and Refunds
If you wish to return a product to us for any reason you have 14 days to contact us after you receive your order. You can return the goods in person to our York store or post them back to us.
If you are returning a product due to a change of mind or the product not fitting correctly you will be required to return the parcel to us at your own expense. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage when returning products to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product and the standard delivery costs where appropriate. We will inform you once a refund has been issued and this could take up to 7 working days.
