• What are your standard delivery rates?

Our delivery rates vary according to the total order value and the total order weight.

FREE DELIVERY is available to UK mainland addresses on orders that have a total value of £35 or over and a total order weight of up to and including 20kg.  Free delivery is for our standard delivery which is 3-5 working days.

For orders that have a total value of below £35, our standard delivery (3-5 working days) charge to one UK mainland address starts from £2.99 (up to 5kg total order weight) and increases dependent on total weight of your order. 

The total order weight is calculated and shown on the My Trolley section once your items are added into the trolley.

• What are your standard delivery times?

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

For Standard Delivery you can except to receive your delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

• Do you offer an express delivery service?

We offer an express delivery service which is a 1-2 working day service.

Express delivery starts from £6.99 for orders with a total weight of 5kg and increases with the weight of your parcel.

Express delivery is only available Monday to Friday it is not available on weekends or on Bank Holidays.

All orders must be received by midday to ensure they are processed and delivered within the 2 working days period following the order.  If an order is placed after midday on a Friday then it is processed on Monday and delivered by Wednesday.  We do not deliver on weekends.

• Do you offer a click & collect service?

We offer a free click & collect service to collect your orders from our York Store.

Click & Collect is available on all our products online but please note that some products you see on the website might not always be available in our York Store as in some instances we deliver the products direct from our supplier to our online customers. 

When you choose click and collect, therefore please allow up to 5 working days for your click and collect order whilst we wait for the stock to arrive from our supplier.  We will keep you updated via email on when your order is ready to collect and if there is any delay on your picking up your order in a couple of days from ordering.

When you collect your order, please bring a copy of your confirmation email and ID with you. You can collect your items from our York store Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK. We also deliver to UK remote and UK offshore postcodes, including Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands and we do not deliver internationally i.e. outside the UK. For a full list of the UK remote and UK offshore postcodes we deliver to please see below.

Please be aware that on occasion delivery to offshore postcodes may take a little longer. For full delivery rates to UK remote and UK offshore postcodes by parcel weights, please see the delivery rates table below.

What happens when I place an order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and chosen delivery options. Your order will then be processed and packaged and you will be kept informed about the delivery times for your order. You can also log into your account at any time to view the status of your order.

Orders will be dispatched by our selected couriers which are APC Overnight or FedEx.  The courier will be dependent on the products you order, but all the prices for couriers are the same.

All orders are tracked and you will receive tracking information in your emails from Foss Feeds and the courier and you may also receive an SMS if you have provided us with your mobile phone number.

If you ordered more than 1 item you may receive multiple parcels and these may be from different courier services therefore they may arrive at different times. Delivery for these will only be charged once and we will endeavour to keep you updated with estimated delivery times for both couriers.

Unfortunately we do not support multiple delivery addresses per order.

• Do I have to sign for my package?

A signature will be required upon delivery. Any parcels which are requested to be left without a signature are done so at your own risk and Foss Feeds cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to parcels which occurs after delivery has been made.

If you wish to return a product to us for any reason you have 14 days to return the product to us after you receive it.

You can return the goods in person to our York store or post them back to us.

To return a product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the return and we will send you a copy of our Cancellation form to include with your parcel and post back to us.  We recommend you obtain a proof of postage.

If you have changed your mind on your order then you must return the goods at your own expense. Items must not have been used and must be returned with their original packaging intact.

If you received a faulty product please call us on 01904 706376 or email [email protected] to report this and we can arrange for return of the product.

Once we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund of the product where appropriate. This could take up to 7 working days.
